Purpose:

  • Recruit Circle Leader candidates, Allies and other Resource Team volunteers through networking and community presentations

  • Screen, orient, train and enroll Circle Leaders and Circles Allies


Role Summary - Marketing

Team Functions:

  • Recruit Allies through community meetings and networks providing 2 - 3 Allies per Circle Leader
  • Interview candidates individually or in small groups
  • Orient and enroll Allies
  • Recruit Circle Leaders through partner agencies and networks
  • Interview candidates individually
  • Orient and enroll Circle Leaders
  • Work with the Circles® Greater Nashua Chapter Coordinator and Coach
